Rules for using VIBE

2. Acceptance

By using VIBE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

3. Minimum age and account

• You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in your country.
• If you are under the age of majority, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• VIBE may offer both free and paid features.
• Billing and renewals are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the rules of the relevant store.

6. Allowed and prohibited use

Examples of prohibited use include:

• illegal, abusive, or violent content,
• sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate deepfakes,
• hate speech, terrorist propaganda, or deliberate deception,
• bypassing safety filters or abusing the platform.

7. Your content

You remain responsible for everything you enter, upload, or publish. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use the content you submit.

8. Generated content

AI-generated results may be inaccurate or unexpected. You should review content carefully before using it for professional, legal, or public purposes.

10. Availability and liability

VIBE is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may also end or restrict access if rules are broken or if the service must be changed for legal reasons.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

13. Governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the laws of Hong Kong apply. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country remain unaffected.
